Meet the Coaches

Patrick McDonough

Head Coach

Patrick McDonough enters his 5th season as Head Coach for the Club ‘Cats.
Prior to UNH, Coach McDonough coached at Concord High School, in Concord, NH for 4 seasons. After 3 consecutive playoff berths, the Crimson Tide were named champions in the Covid-shortened 2019-2020 season.
In addition to being the Head Coach for the Women’s Club Hockey Team, Coach McDonough is the Video Coordinator for the UNH Men’s D1 Ice Hockey Team. He also serves as Vice President on the Executive Board for New Hampshire East Youth Hockey.

Vic Satir

Assistant Coach

Vic Satir in his second season with the team; and is a 2012 graduate of UNH. A USA hockey level 4 certified coach, he has been coaching competitively and privately for 20 years, and has coached every age group of boys and girls, including learn-to-play and adults. He sits on the board of New Hampshire East Eagles youth hockey organization as an alumni of the program and strategist. His playing experience includes youth hockey, high school, and juniors, where he played defense and all forward positions. He holds degrees in coaching, entrepreneurship, and marketing and is currently in school for an MBA in Executive Management.

Hi! I'm #1 and a Junior majoring in accounting. I am the team's president and love being a part of this team. I am excited for a great season!

Hi! I'm #22 and I am a nursing major. This is my third year being a part of this team and I am looking forward to another great season!

Hi! I’m #24 and a sophomore. I’m a nutrition major here at UNH, and I love being a part of the board. Club hockey is the best, go Cats!
